Welcome to baysidemama - part of the 'mamahood' series of micro news sites. As a journalist I have watched the world's media get smaller and smaller in terms of issues covered. I have more than 20 years experience as a news journalist, editor, features writer and columnist covering politics, social affairs, news, fashion, property and more. baysidemama began as a blog of mine on 2009 as a bit of a hobby but has grown into a series of sites.
